Context

Every other service has a short section. The Paperclip LXC is unusual enough to
need one: it is an orchestrator, not a service.

Steps

Add a Paperclip section to README.md covering: ct254 on pve1, ct253 as a
separate interactive opencode server, the two ServiceAccounts, and the
Tailscale-only access model.
Note the Node 24 requirement and the 1.18.25 opencode pin.
Link the design spec path only if that file is committed; otherwise describe
the setup inline.
