Show recent CI runs on the dashboard.

Homepage has a gitea widget (repo/issue counts) but nothing for Actions runs. Use customapi against:

https://git.yukselcloud.com/api/v1/repos/lab/homelab/actions/runs?limit=5

with header Authorization: token {{ HOMEPAGE_VAR_FORGEJO_TOKEN }}.

Homepage proxies server-side, so the token never leaves the cluster.

Steps

Re-add the HOMEPAGE_VAR_FORGEJO_TOKEN placeholder to secret.yaml.
Patch the real token into the live secret (needs read:repository, not write).
Attach a customapi widget to the Forgejo tile in values.yaml, mapping workflow name + status per entry.
Verify the last run status renders.
