Similar stale deployments/ references throughout

temp/ cleanup

temp/jackett/, temp/paperless/, temp/pihole/, temp/crowdsec/ — old staging files
Move temp/config.json (DDNS) to ddns/config.json for consistency
Verify nothing in temp/ is referenced by active deployments

Done. Docs-only commit alongside #23.

Fixed dead paths

k3s-ha-cluster/README.md: metallb-config path, two stale
deployments/caddy/configmap.yaml refs
terraform/setup.md: cloud-init link -> kubernetes-node.yaml
speedtest-tracker/README.md: removed link to a ServiceMonitor that never existed

temp/

Per Tay: left untouched going forward (gitignored). Only clearly obsolete
scratch had been removed earlier in the session; all credentials/configs kept.
