Fix DiD error in forgejo-runner

Error: cannot ping the docker daemon. is it running? Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

Solution is in https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/forgejo-runner/forgejo-runner
Use it as init container to by pass DiD.
